Came across this on BBC news - must say it seems like a great idea and I'm sure would be a big seller over here. Not sure why they only do a boyfriend version, surely blokes would want the girlfriend version too. Not sure what the church's view would be on this though - maybe they would insist you are married to the pillow first before you can sleep with it?
